RULES:

! I live in Georgia, and I will only ship to the continental US right now.

! NO DEADBEATS WHAT-SO-EVER. I check the community reportthem for any potential evidence of scamming/deadbeat users.

! It takes alot of hard work to put together a selling journal. Hours taking photos, writing descriptions, replying back and forth to mail and comments. Please, only comment if you're SERIOUSLY interested in an item.

! Also, right now I am only accepting CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, and PAYPAL (No credit cards!)
Cashiers checks are available at any bank, and are as good as cash. You guys know how money orders work, too.

! The reason I'm selling is to get enough money to move out, ASAP. And, have less to move when I do move.

! I will gladly take measurements or new pictures of anything listed. You just leave a comment, telling me which item, and what you need a picture of (detailing, the whole item, tags, etc.) or measurements, and I will do it, no problem.

! If you don't like a price, make a REASONABLE offer. Everything is in great condition, and all flaws, if there happens to be any, are noted.

! 99% of all of the merchandise seen here are products of my terrible shopping habit I had for about a good 6 months or so. I'm finally seeing how ridiculous all of it was, and trying to downsize my overflowing closet.

! I am online daily, so I will have quick response time, and I will answer all questions to my greatest ability.

! Right now, I am interested in trading, but for things that really catch my attention. Please check my wants list and PhotoBucket!

! And finally, I am a very nice person. I promise that I will not screw you over with any purchases, I need to get this stuff out as soon as possible. I'm quite happy to get rid of it all. I am very flexible, but I have to stand firm on one thing and that is: I WILL SHIP AS SOON AS I RECIEVE PAYMENT.

! IF YOU HAVE BAD FEEDBACK, I WILL NOT SHIP FIRST ON A TRADE.

! When you do any kind of business that involves a exchange of addresses, please leave feedback under the feedback post a little down the page. That way, everyone can see what you think of how I do business, and it gives me a good rep as well. =)

! No refunds/exchanges, unless I accidentally send you the wrong item. (Which I don't count on happening anytime soon, I'm a very organized person.) If a mix-up happens to occur, the item MUST be shipped back to me, and I will re-imburse you with the correct item, or your money back. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE COST TO SHIP BACK TO ME.

! No returns if an item doesn't fit you. I have measurements documented for EVERYTHING, so just ask. I don't mind. =) I'll take special measurements if neccessary.

! If an item is lost in the mail, it's not my fault. I'm not the mail person. =\

! I keep EVERY post office reciept from EVERY shipment. I can scan/photograph it as proof.

MEASUREMENT NOTES
! The way I measure shirts is of course pit to pit, then pit to bottom of the item, then for the sleeve measurement I measure from the pit to the end of the sleeve, not the top of the sleeve!
! Pants, I measure waist, and inseam.
! Shoes, I measure by bottoms.
